Mike Rosenbaum is a former writer for ThoughtCo who wrote articles about track and field for eight years. Mike was a sportscaster at WABX-FM radio doing play-by-play reporting. Mike's sports writing has won awards from the Michigan Press Association. He wrote a book about the University of Michigan's basketball team, Restoring the Tradition: Michigan Basketball's Journey from Cazzie Russell to Trey Burke (University Michigan Press, 2014) and co-wrote Wolverine: A Photographic History of Michigan Football (MHP Publishing, 1st edition, 2015). Mike is a member of the Track and Field Writers of America.
