The 2003 Women’s World Outdoor Championship Medalists

At 18 years and 36 days old, Ethiopia’s Tirunesh Dibaba became the youngest World Outdoor winner when she came from behind on the last lap to win the 5000. American Kelli White won the 100 and 200 but was later stripped of both medals after she admitted using performance enhancing drugs.
