Rotational Shot Put Series Complete

By November 7, 2012

Follow me on:

Check out the final installment in a new instructional series on the rotational shot put. Four-time World champion and two-time Olympic shot put medalist John Godina believes most young shot putters can learn the spin technique, provided their coaches understand how to teach it. Godina provides general coaching advice, and talks about the stance and start, driving through the ring, spinning toward the power position, and concludes with the power position and finish. Learn more about Godina and his World Throws Center at Godina's website.

(1) sebastiancgkh.devhub.com says:

LED lights itself wrapping trees work with green or brown wire.
With the multiple LED lamps you get 48 individual lights but in contrast with the high powered bulbs there is either 1 or 3 light sources.

And at least 50% of that electrical energy is
coming from electricity produced from coal-burning power
plants, and is subsequently emitting CO2 into the atmosphere and
impacting global warming conditions.
